Leila is the latest concept by Consortium Holdings, lauded by Eater as “an immersive oasis celebrating Middle Eastern cuisine.” The open kitchen is a captivating backdrop for a meal that features Persian and Lebanese dishes, along with Moroccan influences. The menu is guided by live fire components from a fire pit to wood-fired and tandoor ovens. All of which complimented by an expertly curated cocktail and Middle Eastern-sourced wine program.

Leila is bringing on a talented Executive Chef to helm the culinary program and continue the success of the wildly popular new opening. There is a strong menu in place and this role will be focused on leadership rather than creativity. The team is looking for an individual that is collaborative in nature, has a keen attention to detail, and solid financial acumen. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Executive Chef with at least three years experience leading busy scratch operations.
Compensation includes base salary in the $90-$110k range, bonus, benefits, and PTO.
