Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area.
Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
Handle cash, process payments, and manage orders efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven barista experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
