Outdoor Farmers Markets PART TIME position.
Summer and Fall is when its good to be outdoors. Smit Farms needs one more good peep. Happy people only need apply. Weekend work required. Each day is solid 8 plus hour workday outdoors within a strong food community/culture. We sell what we grow for our farm and others. What we are seeking: 1)Integrity 2)People person. 3)Punctual /early riser. The job is physical and emotional, but very satisfying for those who love the people, produce, and the process. Base pay is $20 per hour and added bonuses on sales make it $20 (if your bad) to $25 (better than bad). Sat and Sunday mornings are the schedule so Party Animals need not apply. The right person will be trained, empowered, but not micro managed. Any response given WITH a brief bio or a resume will get looked at first. The more info about you, the better.
UPDATE - We actually could use some help tomorrow, Thursday, Friday, Sat, & Sunday. Awesome way to assist and potentially train at same time.
