Fine Dining Restaurant Manager– 333 PACIFIC – OCEANSIDE
Cohn Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Oceanside location, 333 Pacific.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of Managing Experience in a high volume restaurant and have a passion for delivering superior quality in every aspect of hospitality.
Job Responsibilities:
o Inventory
o Cost Control
o Invoicing and coding
o Updating Wine & Beverage Lists
o Maintaining par levels of glassware and placing weekly orders when needed
o Special programs growth & development
o Increasing beverage sales and minimizing waste
o Coordinate with events manager for special events needs
o Cleanliness and organization of bars and wine retail areas
Staff Development and training
Maintain employee files for your department and report to Flores any changes needed
Employee reviews for your department
Maintain high level of service on floor and coaching and counseling of staff
Online Menu updates with OT, CRG and Single platform
Analyze and exceed sales goals for your department
Oversee Open Table promotional systems
Submit all promotions for special events to GM and Beverage Director for approval
Regularly coach and counsel staff and issue ROD’s when appropriate
Conduct thorough walkthroughs for each shift, ensuring proper daily operations (using opening and closing checklists)
