Job Summary : Bartender
Requirements:
- 21 or older
-2 Years Minimum Bartending Experience
- Knowledge and comfortable with Toast POS
- ( Basic ) Knowledge of wine
- ( Basic ) Knowledge of Craft Beers
- (Intermediate) Knowledge of Agave Spirits & Classic Drinks
Resume and proven working experience as a bartender-
- Excellent Time Management
- Amazing Guest Service Skills
Bartender Job Duties:
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food, Beer, and wine.
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Plan and present bar menu thoroughly
- Make cocktails to Spec and have basic jigger knowledge.
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Comply with all food and beverage regulations Requirements
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Knowledge of a SECOND Language is a plus

Job duties :
- kindly Take orders by phone and in person
- Packaging orders
- Restock N/A & Fill Salsas
- Cleaning & Organizing
- Running & Expediting Food
- Cash handling and using a POS system
- Learning the menu and business protocols
- Following all health and safety procedures
Job requirements
- Ability to process and retain verbal as well as written instruction.
- Multitasking is essential
- Basic math skills
- Good communication skills / Spanish is a Plus!
- Great customer service experience in the food industry
- Previous experience helping guests with food allergies
- Being Professional / Personable & informative to guests
