Looking for a strong Sous Chef to add to our team.
Ideal candidate should have a minimum 3 years experience of leadership in a high volume kitchen.
A strong understanding of organization of kitchen operations as whole.
Planning for not only the day but having foresight of issues before they arise is a must.
Communication skills and ability to delegate logically is non negotiable for this position.
You will report directly to the Executive Chef, Employer pays 50% of Health Benefits after 90 days of employment.
