Hiring FOH leads and Managers for a restaurant in Vista!
Passion for Staff Development, Hospitality and Food Quality.
Minimum of three years of FOH management experience in a high volume, scratch, fast-casual restaurant/café.
Breakfast and lunch experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead team members.
Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.
Suggest new rules, ideas, or products that may be to benefit the restaurant.
Direct cleaning of dining areas and server areas to maintain sanitation standards.
Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure health and safety standards and alcohol regulations are obeyed.
