Position Overview
As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host/Hostess sets the tone for the dining experience. You will warmly greet guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and assist in maintaining smooth restaurant operations during service hours.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a positive and friendly attitude
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using toast tables
Escort guests to tables and provide menus
Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating flow
Answer phone calls
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
Assist in guest inquiries and accommodate special requests when possible
Qualifications
Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
