We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Cook to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have proven experience preparing both Mexican cuisine and pizza, and be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Mexican dishes and pizzas according to our recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas
Manage prep work, cooking times, and presentation for consistency
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Work efficiently as part of a team during high-volume hours
Assist with inventory and kitchen organization
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of cooking experience, specifically in Mexican food and pizza preparation
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food handling
Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
