Our super awesome restaurant and bar in beautiful Mount Laguna is looking for another member to join our crew! Do you like working in a fun up-beat atmosphere with a diverse menu? We have the place for you!

We are looking for a rad team member who likes working in a fast paced environment who can multitask and who enjoys working well with others. Our menu includes BBQ items, pizzas, smash burgers and more!

We can't wait to meet with you! There is no place quite like Mount Laguna, we promise it won't disappoint.

Duties include:

Understanding of inventory and ordering for kitchens.

Pricing and reviewing menu items.

Coach and Train kitchen staff.

Prepare quality dishes efficiently to fill customer orders in accordance with food safety standards.

Maintain the freshness of all food supplies, rotating old ones out as needed.

Accommodate any dietary restrictions as requested.

Store food items at the appropriate temperatures, properly clean cooking equipment after use, and ensure that the kitchen is pristine at the end of each shift.

Counter service and relationship building with customers.

Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of all menu items.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Food handling and commercial kitchen experience preferred.

Ability to work and communicate successfully with customers, co-workers, and management.

Be able to perform all physical aspects of the position, such as bending, standing, squatting, climbing and walking, and lifting up to 50lbs.

Punctuality and Dependability are a must.
