Lead Cook – Growth into Management

We’re looking for a motivated Lead Cook who’s ready to take on responsibility and grow into a leadership role in our kitchen.

Pay & Perks:

$20/hr + tips (average total $27.50/hr) to start. Pay to increase with successful development into assistant kitchen manager.

Biweekly pay schedule (every other Friday)

Free meal & beer each shift

Respectful, enjoyable, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

Learn and master all stations in the kitchen

Take on prep tasks and daily responsibilities

Help keep the team organized on consistent

Assist in inventory & ordering as needed

Learn the POS system and support food running

Schedule:

Full-time position

Regular days off: Wednesday & Thursday (may have flexibility)

Shifts run between 11:00am – 10:30pm (breakfast experience a plus which could lead to brunch shifts)

Who We’re Looking For:

Someone with kitchen experience who wants to grow into management or already has management experience

A team player with good work ethic and strong leadership skills

Someone who takes pride in their work and helps creating a positive work environment
