Opening for a strong Lead line or sous chef to join the TapRoom Beer Co. team. Work alongside chef Evan Sabin, must be able to work each station, flat top, sautee, and fry with ease. must be able to work as a team with a positive attitude. Opportunity for advancement, ideally someone that is professionally motivated to grow and take the next step from lead line cook to sous and up. Duties will include making sure prep is done before service, cleaning duties at the end of the night. basic supervision while the chef is away. Pay is $24 and up + tips!
there is also lots of overtime to be had which would increase your pay on a daily and weekly basis.
5+ years of similar kitchen experience is required, you should know your way around a kitchen.
