We’re looking for cooks to work at our fun and casual bar and grill. The most competitive candidates will have prior experience working as a line and prep cook in a fast casual restaurant and quickly learn the menu. Requires a current San Diego County Food Handlers' card, reliable transportation, consistently report to work on time for scheduled shifts. A willingness to work on whatever needs to get done and a sense of restaurant urgency is also important for success. Campland on the Bay is open every day of the year and with morning/open, afternoon and evening/close shifts on weekdays, weekends and holidays.

On any given day, Cantina cooks prep and cook (grill, fry, deep-fry, toast or bake) regular and special menu items, change out fryer grease, prep for upcoming shifts, always practice clean, safe and sanitary food handling, deep clean the kitchen and kitchen equipment as directed, receive deliveries, stock food and non-food supplies, wash dishes, pots and pans and utensils.

Compensation includes paid sick time. Our employees are welcome to enjoy the resort when not working. We are eager to hear from you! EOE
