Little Frenchie in Coronado is seeking a full time line cook. 2-3 morning shifts and 2-3 night time shifts. Must have full availability.
Little Frenchie is a chef driven bistro modeled after Parisian neighborhood cafes. We specialize in classic French cuisine and cheese. Service is fun and fast paced.
1-2 years line cooking or prep experience needed to be considered for the position
Experience cooking breakfast/ eggs is plus

Job Duties include:
Morning shifts available
Flexible days off
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary prep and supplies
Prepare food for service as needed (e.g. chopping vegetables, making sauces )
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with sanitation and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Standing on feet long periods of time
Able to lift 40 lbs or more
