Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Line Cook Responsibilities:
Properly execute all recipes and prep procedures.
Maintain standards with all menu items and plate presentations as set forth by the restaurant.
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products and supplies at workstation to ensure a smooth service period.
Handle, store, and rotate all food products to maintain freshness.
Knowledge of proper operation of kitchen equipment
Job Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk and move around during entire shift.
Ability to handle, carry and/or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include holidays and weekends.
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
