Azuki Sushi in Bankers Hill is looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. We’re a fast-paced, high-quality sushi restaurant focused on teamwork, consistency, and pride in what we do.
What We’re Looking For:
>1+ year kitchen experience preferred (Japanese cuisine a plus, but not required)
>Strong knife skills and attention to detail
>Positive attitude and ability to work clean and efficiently
>Reliable and punctual – we value professionalism
>Team player who communicates well under pressure
Responsibilities:
>Daily prep and station setup
>Assisting chefs during service
>Maintaining cleanliness and organization
>Following food safety and sanitation standards
Schedule & Pay:
>Full-time or part-time positions available
>Competitive hourly pay ($21/hr + Tips)
