Key Responsibilities

- To prepare all food to the highest standard

- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to our customers

- To work alongside Chef Elliot to create dishes that utilize whole fish and vegetables in order to minimize wastage

- Must have great knife skills

- Comfortable working in a fast pace environment

- Responsible for maintaining stations and practicing good safety & sanitation procedures

- Well focused & organized

- Strong work ethic, positive attitude & team player
