WHO WE ARE
Welcome to Tribute Pizza. We’re a neighborhood pizza joint in North Park, San Diego. We’ve been named one of America’s best pizzerias, but what is most meaningful to us is serving our community. We buy from our neighbors (the North Park Farmers Market is located just a block away every Thursday); their local produce is represented in every category on our menu, and we only make food that makes us happy. Everything on the menu is from scratch, prepared with love, with intention, and without compromise. Simply put, we make the pizza that we want to eat, that we want to share, which is inspired by and shares the traits of many styles of pizza from around the world.
THE JOB
We are looking for experienced kitchen professionals that are committed to this industry and are looking to grow with our company. Our team needs a Line Cook for full-time work. If you love this industry and want to be part of a team that strives for excellence, cares for one another, and provides stability, we would love to meet you.
Experience with pizza is preferred but not required. Please let us know what pizza line positions (if any) you’ve worked including: Stretching, topping, oven operation (ours is woodfired, let us know what you’ve worked with), cutting and finishing.
WHAT WE OFFER:
PAY
Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
Tips are pooled and generous, which add another $15-$18 per hour
Paychecks, including tips, average $33 - $36 total per hour, gross
BENEFITS

EXTRAS
We provide complimentary staff meal everyday at 3pm
We offer a shift drink, ie a beer after every shift
SCHEDULE
6 or 8 hour long shifts, with 30 min breaks // We stay busy so you don’t get cut early and lose hours.
Shifts start between 1pm and 2pm, and typically end between 10pm and 11pm // NO LATE NIGHTS
