Chef Gabriela Lopez brings her elevated Mexican cuisine to Casa Gabriela in Downtown La Mesa. We are looking for experienced cooks to join the Team, and need someone with breakfast experience for our weekend Brunch. Chef Gabriela has a technique rooted in traditional recipes, featuring updated takes on classic dishes. Come be part of the crew!
A minimum 2 years cooking experience in a high volume setting is required as well as a Team-first attitude and a willingness to learn. Morning availability needed on Saturdays/Sundays as well as experience cooking eggs and other breakfast dishes. We cook with soul and are bringing the best dining experience to La Mesa Blvd. English/Spanish bilingual is strongly preferred.
