We are looking for a General Manager with customer service and cooking experience to help us with the day by day operations of a Mexican restaurant in San Diego areas.We are a fast growing, high volume restaurant all over San diego area looking for an experienced General Manager candidate to join our team. Open schedule availability is a must.
- Experience working in a fast-paced.
- Strong culinary background, experience managing and training staff and leadership experience
- Experience with day to day kitchen organization: prep, scheduling, ordering, quality control, facility oversight, health department requirements
- Looking for long-term commitment team player, someone who wants to invest in our company and grow with us
- Must have strong communication skills and bring a positive attitude to workplace everyday
