Mille Fleurs is an award-winning fine dining restaurant with a rich history in the North County area. Our farm-to-table menu changes daily, reflecting the freshest seasonal ingredients.
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Front of House team members to join us in the Runner/Expo position.
Details:
Part-time: 3-4 shifts per week
Weekend availability is a MUST
Flexible schedule (We're closed Mondays!)
Shifts available: Tuesday – Sunday (AM/PM availability needed)
Runner/Expo Role:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong multitasking skills & ability to take command of the line
Excellent communication & teamwork skills
Wine knowledge is a plus
Must have a strong understanding of seasonal ingredients (produce, seafood, etc.), as our menu changes daily
Who You Are:
You may have limited fine dining experience but are eager to grow in an upscale setting
You might currently be working in a fast-casual restaurant looking to transition into fine dining
Passionate about hospitality and thrive in a dynamic environment
Compensation:
$16.50 per hour + tips
