Mille Fleurs is a well-established and award winning fine dining restaurant located in the North County area of Rancho Santa Fe. Our "farm to table" restaurant menu changes daily for lunch and dinner with respect to the availability of ingredients. We are currently seeking talented and experienced staff for our Front of House position listed below:

Captain / Server:
-Minimum 3 years of high-end restaurant experience (with a guest check average of around $100 per person)
-A vast knowledge in gourmet food and fine wine.
-Must be passionate about food, wine, and the restaurant/hospitality business.
-Must have outstanding customer service skills
-Detail oriented, organized, and possess high quality standards for production and service.
-You will be expected to uphold to the restaurant’s standards of the position.
