A new, fast-casual restaurant specializing in handcrafted pizza is opening in Mira Mesa, and we’re building a passionate, hard-working team from the ground up! We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Pizza Maker / Kitchen Staff
2. Counter Server
3. Busser / Food Runner
4. Dishwasher
5. Bartender
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals who are flexible, team-oriented, and ready to jump in where needed. Day, night, and weekend availability is required for all roles.
Kitchen Staff / Pizza Maker
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing pizzas and other menu items with attention to speed and quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak hours
Communicate clearly with other staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
Pizza-making or short-order cooking experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
Dependable with reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and team-player mentality
Counter Server
Responsibilities:
Greet customers, take orders, and operate POS system (Toast experience a plus)
Handle phone orders and respond to customer inquiries
Manage a cash drawer accurately
Run food/drinks and bus tables as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to adapt and fill multiple roles throughout a shift
Busser / Food Runner
Responsibilities:
Deliver food to tables promptly and professionally
Clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness in dining areas
Assist with restocking and general support for front-of-house staff
Qualifications:
High energy and attention to detail
Willingness to jump in and assist wherever needed
Dishwasher
Responsibilities:
Maintain a steady flow of clean dishes, glassware, and kitchen tools
Keep dish area clean and organized
Support kitchen staff as needed during busy periods
Qualifications:
Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable and able to work independently
Bartender
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve beer, wine, and specialty drinks efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor customer alcohol intake and follow all local and company safety regulations
Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and restocking during and after shifts
Qualifications:
Prior bartending experience required
Knowledge of basic cocktails and drink preparation
Current food handler and responsible beverage service certifications (or ability to obtain)
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Must be 21 or older
