DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare food items according to daily production schedule and recipes.
Complete daily production worksheets and waste log sheets. Taste completed meals to ensure quality.
Operate and clean equipment per department procedures.
Store, label, and date food items following policy and HACCP guidelines.
Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations.
Take customer orders and prepare items with short preparation times.
Serve customers efficiently and courteously at multiple stations.
Maintain standard portion control, serving temperatures, and food quality.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
2 to 3 years of culinary experience required.
ServSafe certification and driver experience preferred.
