We are looking for a dedicated and professional Restaurant Manager to join the team at Cohn Restaurant Group's CASA GABRIELA. Chef Gabriela Lopez brings her elevated Mexican cuisine to Downtown La Mesa in the most stunning ambience in town. The Restaurant Manager must lead the Team to exemplary hospitality, train the staff, and cultivate a positive, team-oriented environment. We are looking for people who know how to make things happen!
Qualifications:
-Minimum 1 year full-service, restaurant management experience;
-A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and ability to positively influence the workplace with an upbeat and inspirational demeanor.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills. Spanish language abilities a strong plus.
-Train service staff to be more efficient, increase product knowledge, and take care of the Guest.
-Be hands on and lead by example. Make a difference every day.
-Ensure dining room and entire facility is clean and in good maintenance, ready for service every shift.
-Resolve any Guest issues during service, settling only for total Guest satisfaction.
-Cultivate and participate in the Team philosophy of management. Work with the other managers to effectively run the restaurant.
