Rockin Baja looking for experienced line cooks. Working in a fast-paced environment: Line cooks must be able to remain calm and perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail. Line cooks prepare and cook menu items. They may work at a specific station, such as the grill or pantry station, and prepare food for that station .Line cooks must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift, and carry heavy materials.
