Lemon Grove Bistro is looking for Full Time or Part Time Servers and Bussers.

Qualifications and expectations:
Servers:
- 2 to 3 years experience in a fast paced restaurant expected. Upper-class casual and fine dining experience a plus, but not necessary.
- Catering or banquet experience a plus, but not necessary.
- Ability to work alone and handle many tables and tasks at once. There is no busser or food runner for some shifts, so multitasking professionally is a must.
- Cleanliness and organizational attributes at a very high standard.
- Standard knowledge of wine and craft beer.
- Basic use of professional espresso machine.
- Our POS system is Toast.
- Food Handlers and ABC/RBS certifications needed.
- Ability to work 8 hour shifts on your feet. Ability to carry 50 lbs. Ability to kneel or crouch.
Bussers:
- 2 to 3 years experience in a fast paced restaurant a plus.
- Ability to stack multiple plates and silverware quietly and efficiently.
- Ability to use a tray with many stacked glasses and bottles.
- Multitasking, Cleanliness, and organizational attributes needed.
- Ability to work 8 hour shifts on your feet. Ability to carry 50 lbs. Ability to kneel or crouch.
- Trainings and coachings provided for moving up and being promoted to future openings.
Additional Employee details:
- Black Jeans and Black non-slip shoes. Aprons and shirts will be provided.
- Shifts range from 9:30am to 11:30pm. Standard shifts are typically 9:30 - 5, 3:00 -11:00, 5:00- 11:00.
- Reliable transportion needed. We are right by a train stop, and we also have reliable parking lot and easy 4 hour street parking.
