Neighborhood Bar &Grill seeking a HIGH VOLUME server/ bartender- qualifications listed below
-understands the importance of establishing relationships with guests
-down to earth, genuine, humorous, amazing work ethic!
-energetic & upbeat no matter what time of day it is! (we are open 9am-1am)
-loves to be "on stage", high energy, extroverted, fun, positive
-can CRANK service well while also serving bar guests
-can handle being the MANAGER ON DUTY during bartender shifts.
-THIS IS A FULL BAR SERVING A TON OF LIQUOR AND FOOD- do not apply if you do not have experience with proper liquor/cocktail mixing/ pouring or food service
-We are a TEAM and expect the bartenders to be open to working serving shifts. Everyone starts as a server and works to bar shifts.
