Server
Responsibilities - Server
⢠Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
⢠Attend to customers upon entrance
⢠Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
⢠Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
⢠Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff
⢠Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
⢠Issue bills and accept payment
⢠Promote dedication from customers
Requirements
⢠Proven restaurant serving, waitering or busser experience
⢠Customer-oriented approach and patience
⢠Problem solving and decision making skills
⢠Hands on experience in cashier duties
⢠Excellent people skills
⢠Responsible and trustworthy
⢠Attention to cleanliness and safety
⢠High school diploma will be considered a plus
Required experience:
⢠Server/ Waiter: 1 year
Dishwasher
Specific Functions and Duties:
⢠Responsible for the washing and sanitizing of all food service utensils and miscellaneous items such as plates, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, etc.
⢠Responsible for assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the back of house area
⢠Operate and utilize the dish machine and cleaning supplies
⢠Maintain a pace sufficient to prevent back up of dirty dishes, glasses, etc.
⢠Return/restock all items to the appropriate area after washing and sanitizing procedures are completed
⢠Comply with all safety and sanitation (including handwashing) guidelines and procedures
⢠May have additional cleaning duties specific to the restaurant.
Kitchen Helper
Prepare pantry menu items according to recipes.
Maintain current knowledge of menu and products.
Stock food items as needed
Keep area and food preparation equipment clean.
Perform as a team member and assist fellow employees to ensure a smooth operation.
Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
⢠Ability to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
⢠Team player with a positive attitude
⢠Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift
⢠Lift and move up to 20 pounds
