Now Hiring: Pantry Chefs, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Expo, & Dishwashers

Pay: $17 to $25 per hour, depending on experience

Location: Carlsbad, CA - Newly Remodeled!

Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time, All Shifts, with Flexible Hours

Grand Restaurant Group is GROWING! We currently operate 8 best-in-class restaurants in CA and TX. One of our newest additions being Alejandra's Fine Mexican Food & Cantina in Carlsbad, followed by 2 new Steakhouses in CA and an additional restaurant in Texas. Our Carlsbad location is newly remodeled as of AUG. 2024 and reopening soon!

Requirements / Minimum Qualifications:

- Chefs & Cooks - Must have some previous experience. Must be at least 21 or older.

- Dishwashers & Expo - No experience required. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

- Bartenders & Servers - Must have some previous experience. Must be at least 21 or older.

- Cashiers, Hosts & Bussers - No experience required. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

- All applicants must be able to work in the U.S.

- All applicants must possess verbal and language skills to understand and communicate with guests.

- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

- Must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver plates of food, as well as supplies weighing up to 10 pounds.

- Bartenders, Servers & Cashiers must possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money.

- Bussers need to be able to lift and transport bus tubs weighing up to 30 pounds.

- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

- Must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver plates of food, as well as supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
