About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Barista to join our growing team and bring our espresso bar to life. If you’re passionate about specialty coffee, thrive in creative environments, and value craftsmanship and connection, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and other specialty beverages.
Provide friendly, attentive service and create a welcoming environment for every guest.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the espresso bar and equipment.
Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure consistency in every cup.
Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and assist with opening and closing duties.
Work collaboratively with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Prior barista or café experience (preferred).
Passion for quality, consistency, and presentation.
Customer Service and/or sales experience
Reliable, adaptable, and available for flexible scheduling (weekday mornings and/or weekends).
Excitement to grow with a creative, design-forward San Diego brand.
