We are currently looking to hand select our opening crew for all positions at Starlite. This upcoming Monday, 11/18, we will be holding open interviews in Lou Lou's at The Lafayette Hotel from 11am-2pm.
This job fair is intended for folks who are currently working a stable gig, as hiring, onboarding and training are not scheduled to begin until February of 2025. We are looking for seasoned individuals who have an eye for detail and an innate ability to connect deeply with others. We will only consider candidates with a minimum of 4 years experience working in reputable establishments. We want a crew who is willing to learn and willing to teach us. Our work is personal, and life is too short to work with people you don’t like or respect.
