Responsibilities: Prepare sushi dishes, including rolls, sashimi, and nigiri.Maintain high food quality and presentation standards. Keep a clean, organized kitchen. Follow food safety guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen and service staff.
Qualifications: Sushi experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn and passion for Japanese/Korean cuisine. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
