Ability to maintain a well prepped, clean and organize work area
2-3 years prior working experience
Maintain a calm demeanor under pressure

Ability to forecast how much food is needed
Ability to delegate tasks
Great leadership abilities
Deep knowledge of the food industry
Customer oriented mindset
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff

Sun-Thurs: 9:30AM-11:00 PM
Fri-Sat: 9:30AM-12:00AM
