The Wise Ox Butcher shop apart of Trust restaurant Group is seeking a skilled butcher. We are looking for an individual who has experience in meat cutting. This is a great morning position where we want you to bring the meat knowledge and understanding how to cut meat for a display case. We would expect that you know the break down of animals and different cuts. The ideal candidate would be someone who also knows how to cook or prepare the cuts as we love to give the ultimate experience to our guests. The shift starts between 8-9 am and shifts are between 6-8 hours a day.
Must have minimum of 4 years cutting meat
Must have experience with a meat band saw
