Key Responsibilities
Preparing food items according to standardized recipes
Cooking and plating food items, ensuring timely and consistent execution
Setting up and stocking workstations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
Communicating effectively with other staff to coordinate tasks, timing, and food orders during service.
Ensuring that all food items meet quality standards before they are served to customers
Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Keeping workstations clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools after use
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of previous restaurant experience in high quality establishments
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
Food Handler Safety Training Card or ServSafe
Proper sanitation knowledge
