Responsibilities:
Customer Service - Providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
Time Management - Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner as well as resetting tables promptly for new customers.
Menu Knowledge - Understanding the menu items with the ability to describe dishes on our menu as well as your top 3 favorite sushi rolls for recommendations.
Handling Payments/Using POS - Processing payments and using our POS platform to handle credit transactions.
Maintaining Cleanliness - Keeping the dining area clean and organized at all times.
Team Collaboration - Working with others to ensure smooth operations.
Problem Solving - Addressing any customers complaints or issues professionally.
Adhering to Health and Safety Standards - Following all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
