My 79 yr old Mom needs and additional 1 or 2 caregivers in our Point Loma Home!
She has moderate Alzheimer’s with Dementia, 75% wheelchair, 25% walker. Feeds herself, some incontinence. Remembers today.
5 hour shifts
3 days a week current need Tues Wed Sunday. Some flexibiliy possibilty
12.30pm-5.30pm
8.45 - 1pm 2 days a week
18hr venmo/zelle. Weekly pay

Duties:
Assisting with all activities of daily living, including but not limited to, dressing, bathing, showering, toileting and dining. Wheelchair rides outside to local park and market, bed to chair transfers balance - not actual lifing, some simple exercises, assistance for balance in transfers.
Positive Attitude
- Ideally own vehicle a positive
- Kind, caring and committed to work for a long term
- Female preferred
- Caregiving experience 6 months
- willing to take FirstAid course online if not already trained
- Certificates preferred
- Talkative is helpful as Carol is better with verbal engagement.
- Willingness to adjust to emotional outbursts common among dementia clients patients
