Experienced care giver for 94 year old slight dementia male patient. Hours may be flexible. References required.
Assist with daily ADLs, bathing, grooming, toileting ,dressing prepare meals . Must have a valid California drivers license and proof of insurance. Background check will be conducted. May be required to drive senior to appointments, grocery store, etc.Will be required to monitor closely for changes in mental, physical or emotional behaviors. Report promptly.
Engage patient in conversation and activities, reading, puzzles movies, etc. Document all incidents and report immediately.
Assist /patient with eating. Encourage patient to walk with walker and do home exercises.
