We are looking for caregivers who have a compassionate heart and have or want experience working for people with special needs. This is a 4 bed home providing care and supervision in a team environment.
Shifts Available: Overnight Awake
Thursday - Monday 10pm-6am
Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation
Knowledge of and ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Completion of first aid - CPR training.
Must pass a criminal background clearance.
Complete current Physical Examination and negative TB.
Shall be in good health as verified by health screening, including negative tuberculosis test, and shall be physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Shall complete ongoing training as required by the facility.
Duties:
Responsibilities of the direct supervision, care, and training of all residents, ensuring any needed provisions are made for residents with disabilities.
Responsible for night time care and supervision and documentation.
Responsible for assisting the resident in attending to their care and hygiene as needed.
Responsible for supervising the self-administration of resident medications, per physicians' orders.
Responsible for the Cleanliness and laundry needs of the facility.
Must be able to prepare meals utilizing standards of good nutrition, menu planning, and prescribed dietary modifications.
