Dental Office Assistant Manager

Seeking a talented Dental Office Assistant Manager to join and lead our dental team!

To be considered for our Dental Office Assistant Manager position you must have:

+5 years ofDental Office Assistant Managerworking front office and managing a dental office.

Strong understanding of insurance, billing and treatment planning.

Proven account management or other relevant experience

Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

A strong character with a personal passion for professional growth and customer service

A positive attitude and consistent attention to detail

Compensation Package- $30hr - $36hr D.O.E

Schedule- Monday- Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Saturday: 8:00am-2:00pm (1 a month)

Dental Office Assistant Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervising both front and back office staff to ensure top quality care for our patients.

Making sure production and hygiene schedules are optimized to meet our goals.

Submit claims and manage our accounts receivable.

Delegate duties to staff to ensure all daily tasks are completed.

Establish and build a strong relationship with patients

Responsible for all aspects of account management, including internal communication among staff to deliver an exceptional client experience, communication with insurance companies, and management of account billing statements.

Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsible for Presenting Treatment Plans and Financial Agreements to new patients, existing patients.

Take ownership of service issues on behalf of the patients and work with insurance carriers to resolve problems.

Communicate the status of ongoing service issues to the patients on time to collect revolving account balances.

Communicate and follow up with patients in a timely fashion.

Deliver and manage patient accounts to ensure patient retention, profitability, revenue, and patient satisfaction objectives are consistent with company goals.

Excellent organizational skills and documentation are required to be successful in this position.
