Our office is looking for an outstanding Receptionist to be the first person our patients see when they come in and a friendly voice on the phone. This position does require dental experience, however it is an entry level position with the opportunity to grow.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Greeting patients when they come in and getting them checked in
Checking patients out and collecting co payments
Answering phones
Basic treatment planning
Insurance responsibilities
Organizing the schedule and preparing for the next day
Referral Coordination
New patient Welcome/Thank you coordination
