Our Medical Billing Company is looking for a Medical Billing and Collections Representative for a growing medical company centrally located in San Diego!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintains detailed records, including patient copayments and deductible amounts (if applicable)
Adapt quickly to frequent process changes and improvements
Reliable, engaged, and provides feedback to improve processes and policies
Contact insurance for claim status and follow-ups
Reviewing EOBs, posting charges, payments, and adjustments
Reviews and verifies insurance eligibility
Qualifications Include:
Knowledge of E-CLINIC Software and OfficeAlly
Type 30+ WPM
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Open and able to change at a moment’s notice
