As a Chiropractic Assistant, you are a positive person with great communication skills and a passion for helping others through our natural and holistic healthcare. Leveraging your excellent relationship-building skills and product knowledge, you evaluate treatment options and effectively explain and sell them to patients. You meet with new patients to understand why they are seeking care in our office, perform evaluations, review findings with our doctors, perform evaluations on established patients to track their progress, and document all patient encounters as well as accept payments. You always keep your workspace clean and assist other team members when needed. You feel good about using your sales and customer service skills to help our clients become healthy and happy!

Specialized training provided. Computer skills are a must.
This position is 32-36 hours per week.
Must be able to work Monday through Thursday, 8:00a.m to 6:30p.m.
Hours are not flexible.
Three-day weekends every week. No nights, no holidays, and no weekends.

able to answer heavy phones and interact with patients professionally
able to schedule new patients efficiently on the phone
able to accurately check-in and check-out patients using our EHR computer system
tech savvy with the ability to manage multiple computer platforms
the capacity to promptly respond to patient’s requests in person and on the phone
self-aware and can walk through the facility to ensure everything is in working order
knowledge and understanding of patient scheduling to optimize providers' schedules
able to balance cash and credit card payments at the end of every shift
able to complete accurate daily shift reports
attention to detail to ensure accurate patient records
understanding of HIPPA compliance and patient confidentiality
looking for a LONG TERM position
able to maintain a high degree of enthusiasm and confidence
able to operate well in a very fast-paced environment
willing to learn and implement new skills quickly
friendly, happy, and trustworthy
coachable, adaptable, and organized
able to be on their feet all day

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative office environment preferred
- Knowledge of front desk duties and patient service protocols
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google sheets
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Able to be on your feet up to eight hours per day
