Imaging Healthcare Specialists is actively seeking experienced and professional Front Desk Representatives! Candidates should have experience working in a high volume medical environment. Extensive customer service experience is a must! Must be capable of working nights and weekends.
Looking for Per Diem Front Desk Rep to Float to in the Poway, Oceanside, Encinitas and La Jolla Sites.
Essential Duties:
-Responsible for excellent delivery of patient care by processing patients and scheduling appointments accurately.
-Ensure accuracy of information input by meeting all (9) Registration and Billing criteria.
-Answers phones and confirm appointments
-Communicate with appropriate departments and individuals regarding matters related to patient care, and/or referring physician requests follows workflow and company guidelines.
-Collects payments and enters correct billing/insurance information
Skills/ Requirements:
- Associates Degree or Medical Assistant Certification
- 2 years experience in healthcare field
- Proficient in MS Office and eHR
