About the Role
This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position with two key areas of responsibility:
SoftWave Therapy Technician
Administer SoftWave Therapy (no prior experience necessary — we provide full clinical training)
Learn and apply proper treatment techniques
Support patients throughout their healing process with care and professionalism
Track session progress and ensure patient comfort
Communicate effectively with patients and team members
Be open, coachable, and eager to learn
Front Office Support
Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage scheduling, appointment coordination, and daily calendar
Answer phones, file records, and help maintain smooth clinic operations
Provide top-tier patient service in a supportive, organized environment
What We’re Looking For
A passion for natural, holistic healing
Background or interest in anatomy, physical therapy, kinesiology, massage therapy, chiropractic care, or a related field
Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented
A dependable, proactive mindset
A warm, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
A willingness to learn and grow — no experience with SoftWave necessary
