This is a position with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people through health and wellness. Prior experience welcomed but not necessary, we will train you if you are the right person.

We are a highly interactive acupuncture/chiropractic clinic. Our office is very fast paced and efficient which requires an applicant to be physically able to handle prolonged periods of standing, sitting and timely paced walking between various exam rooms. Excellent multitasking skills, creativity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm working with people are super important.

You will interact with a wide variety of people weekly, through phone calls and in person, building relationships, and generally helping with patients. We pride ourselves in customer service excellence, and friendliness is a MUST.

Position is Part-Time with great potential for increased hours and responsibilities after probationary period and training. Hours/Days are flexible but mostly Thursdays, Friday and Saturday. Hours may vary for event days or as needed.

You will be responsible for tasks including:

Checking-in patients/Checking-out patients

Scheduling patients

HEAVY Insurance Verification

Taking Vitals

Making and taking phone calls

Keeping up with email and voicemails

Accepting payment

Inputting paperwork

Navigating / using our electronic office management and Electronic Health Record system

Communicate with insurances companies and insurance verifying

Preparation of Exam Rooms

MUST haves:

You are an excellent multitasker

You are a highly motivated and engaging professional with the experience and exceptional organizational skills to orchestrate a busy chiropractic/acupuncture clinic.

You are in good physical and mental health.

You have great telephone skills, detail oriented, curious and will have a passion for doing things right.

You have prior customer service experience, a positive attitude and able to multi task.

You'll be prompt, don't make excuses and have a "do whatever it takes" attitude.
