We are seeking experienced Caregivers, CNA's, and HHA's to work with elderly or homebound clients in their homes. (This is home health care in private residences not an assisted living facility or skilled nursing facility.) Many clients are in San Marcos, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Escondido, Poway, La Jolla, Point Loma, and more locations in San Diego County.
Our caregivers assist clients with:
-Transfers, ambulation, and mobility around the house or outside
-Personal care (bathing & personal hygiene)
-Toileting and incontinence-related duties
-Planning and preparing meals
-Providing medication reminders
-Performing light housekeeping duties
-Running errands and providing incidental transportation for the client
Job requirements include:
-Extensive in-home experience as a caregiver.
-Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
-Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly at an average adult level
-Ability to problem solve quickly with good decision-making skills
-Must pass a CA State background check and be registered as a Home Care Aide (we will assist with this process if needed)
-Must provide a negative TB test or chest x-ray
