We are hiring for motivated Caregivers to care for our 4 amazing adult clients with Intellectual Disabilities at our residential home care in Poway, CA. This is a lovely home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is not a SNF or Assisted Living facility. Two caregivers help care for only 4 residents in a warm, friendly, and well-maintained home.

Job duties include working as a team with another caregiver in assisting clients with personal hygiene care, assisting with activities of daily living, supervising clients, housekeeping duties, meal preparation, assisting with medications, documenting daily notes, taking clients on community activities and appointments. There are 2 staff on each shift working with only 4 clients.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old or older, have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must Clear DOJ/FBI Live Scan Criminal Background Check prior to employment
Must be in good physical health, TB clearance, Physical clearance
Hold a valid Driver's License preferred
Obtain First Aid and CPR certificate
Effective and professional communication in both verbal and written form
Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25+ lbs and work as a team with other caregivers.
Caregiver Experience Preferred. We provide on the job training.
