We are hiring LVN's in the San Diego area for Part-time and Full-time positions.

Our LVNs provide support to caregiving staff by administrating client care. Task include monitoring clients health by taking vitals and keeping records of activities of daily living as well as following physicians orders.
Monitor clients vitals such as heart rate, oxygen %, and blood pressure. Monitor behaviors and report any significant changes to the Behaviorist, Psychiatrist, and Administrator.
Assist DSP with client care needs
Assist with medication administration
Observe and report medical concerns
Document clients and ADLs (activities of daily living)
PART-TIME
1) Monday-Friday MORNINGS: 6AM-2PM
2) Wednesday-Friday EVENINGS: 2PM-10PM

Minimum Job Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old or older, have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must Clear DOJ/FBI Live Scan Criminal Background Check prior to employment
Must be in good physical health, TB clearance, Physical clearance
Obtain First Aid & CPR certificate
Effective and professional communication in both verbal and written form
Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25+ lbs and work as a team with other caregivers.
Must be Licensed Vocational Nurse
